As of 4th January 2010, all interpreting and translating requests will need to be processed via SWITC's new booking database. Please visit http://bookings.switc.org.au to submit a booking. This database gives your organisation the opportunity to place new bookings, monitor current bookings, and allow you to update organisational details. This database shows SWITC's commitment to providing an efficient and streamlined booking system and we are very excited to have this new system in place. Please note: The old online booking system is no longer available and all bookings must now go through the new database. If you have any queries relating to the new system or have an urgent booking request, please call us on 3892 8559 to discuss your immediate requirements. Remember that intepreters can be difficult to find at short notice. Please place your interpreting booking a minimum of one working week in advance to allow enough time for an appropriate interpreter to be arranged. With all translation requests, please allow a minimum of 10-15 working days from date of submission to have your request completed. |
